2nd Shifft - Tooling Technician - Injection Mold Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $38.00 to $42.00 /hour
• Second Shift

•  Perform tear-down, inspection, repair, and rebuild of injection molds 
• Troubleshoot mold-related issues causing defects (flash, short shots, splay, etc.)
• Perform preventative maintenance on molds including cleaning, polishing, and component replacement
• Diagnose wear patterns and recommend tooling improvements or repairs
• Support mold changeovers, startups, and production readiness
• Perform bench work including fitting, spotting, and minor machining adjustments
• Work with engineering and production to improve mold performance, cycle times, and part quality 
• Maintain tooling documentation, maintenance logs, and inventory of spare components 
• Identify and escalate recurring tooling issues and drive corrective actions 
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, including proper handling of molds and equipment
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of tooling and work areas
