General Labor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:00pm )
- Follow all safety and environmental policies
- Handle, store, and move agricultural products (dry/liquid fertilizer, propane)
- Operate equipment such as front-end loaders, skid steers, and assist with railcar movement
- Perform basic quality checks and record data
- Enter information accurately into company systems
- and perform basic upkeep on equipment
General Labor Qualifications:
- Farm, agricultural, or industrial experience preferred; equipment operation (loader/skid steer) a plus
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50–100 lbs
- Comfortable climbing, kneeling, and working at heights up to 100 ft
- Able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Capable of standing, sitting, and performing repetitive movement for extended periods
- Willing to work in environments with dust, fumes, noise, and uneven surfaces
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a small team
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
