Quality Inspectors
The SMT Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) to ensure compliance with IPC standards, customer specifications, and internal quality requirements. This role supports Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production by performing visual and mechanical inspections at various stages of the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quality-driven, and experienced in electronics manufacturing inspection processes.

Quality Inspectors Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Inspection & Quality Control: -Perform visual inspection of SMT and through-hole PCB assemblies
- Inspect solder joints for defects such as bridges, cold joints, insufficient solder, lifted leads, and misaligned components
- Verify correct component placement, polarity, and orientation
- Use microscopes, magnifiers, and inspection equipment to ensure workmanship standards are met
- Work closely with SMT operators, rework technicians, and production staff
- Communicate quality concerns clearly and professionally
- Assist in training production employees on workmanship standards
- Support internal and external audits as needed Work Environment:
Quality Inspectors Qualifications:
- Previous experience in quality inspection, electronics manufacturing, assembly, or production preferred.
- Ability to use basic measuring and inspection tools and accurately record inspection results.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects in electronic components and finished products.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements and work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
