Material Handler Details:
Temporary position- $
22.00 to $ 23.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Work independently to prioritize tasks, maintain material flow, and meet production demands with minimal supervision.
- Identify inventory, equipment, or material-flow issues and use problem-solving/troubleshooting skills to determine next steps and resolve concerns.
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to resolve conflicts, discrepancies, and operational issues professionally.
- Support multiple departments and buildings while adapting to changing priorities in a high-volume operation.
Material Handler Qualifications:
- Perform high-volume material handling including picking, stowing, staging, loading, and unloading in a fast-paced technology manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and productivity. Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and changing operational needs.
- Comfortable working in enclosed cleanroom environments while wearing required protective equipment for extended periods
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
