Sit Down Forklift Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:30pm )
- Safely and accurately move materials, products, and goods within the warehouse or production area using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, racks, and shelves, ensuring proper stacking and securing of goods to prevent damage.
- Assist in inventory control activities by accurately counting, recording, and organizing materials and products in designated storage areas.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for any damages or defects and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
Sit Down Forklift Operator Qualifications:
- 6+ months of prior material handling / fork truck equipment operation experience.
- Experience with WMS software.
- Proficiency in operating various types of forklifts and material handling equipment.
- Strong diligence and ability to accurately follow instructions.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
