Manufacturing Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- Operate various production machines used to manufacture, form, & join metal parts
- Perform assembly tasks to create automotive components according to specifications
- Follow all safety protocols & production guidelines
- Maintain a clean & organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
- 1st Shift Monday - Friday, 5:00AM - 5:00PM
- 2nd Shift Monday - Friday, 5:00PM - 5:00AM
- Overtime work may be required during the week and on weekends, based on company needs
Manufacturing Associate Qualifications:
- Need to have at least 3 months previous manufacturing experience.
- High School Diploma or GED is NOT required
- Must be able to fluently speak, read, & write in either English or Spanish.
- Ability to lift up to 45lbs regularly.
- Ability to stand for 8-12 hours per shift.
- Must be available to work overtime as required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
