Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 to $ 16.50 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00am–2:30pm
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:00pm–10:30pm
- 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday | 10:00pm–6:30am
- Perform quality checks on product, packaging, and case printing
- Case pack and hand palletize pouches and cartons
- Inspect products for adherence to quality, food safety, and customer standards
- Assist with production changeovers
- Complete washdowns and cleanup tasks based on production schedule
- Maintain accurate paperwork, logs, and records
- Follow housekeeping and sanitation standards
- Work effectively in a fast paced, team oriented environment
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Good attendance is a must!
- Reliable transportation required
- Overtime and weekend work may be required.
- Ability to follow written methods and detailed instructions
- Strong reading comprehension, basic math, and writing skills
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work direction
- Team oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to walk or stand for 8+ hours per shift
- Ability to reach above shoulders for 1+ hours per shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
