Mechanic - Packaging Facility Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:30pm to01:30am )
- Set up, adjust and calibrate packaging lines
- Perform preventative maintenance on conveyors and packaging machines
- Troubleshoot, maintain and repair packaging machinery
- Assist with changeovers
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs
- PLC's
Mechanic - Packaging Facility Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED
- 2+ years experience as maintenance technician in packaging facility or similar
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints
- Proficiency with hand tools (must have own tools)
- Experience with PLC controlled equipment
- Fabrication skills
- Prior experience in food or pharmaceutical industry
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
