Harness Assembly Associate
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Harness Production Associates to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of wire harness manufacturing tasks including assembly, terminating, inspection, and equipment adjustments.

Harness Assembly Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.37 to $ 20.37 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday from 05:55am to02:00pm )
- 9:55pm–6:00am $20.37/hr
- Perform all harness production jobs as assigned, including: Wire assembly and terminating, Line work, and Inspection.
- Use hand tools such as tweezers, wire cutters, crimpers, screwdrivers, pliers, cable cutters, and utility knives
- Make minor equipment adjustments (purging/adjusting greasers, changing materials, adjusting machines within range)
Harness Assembly Associate Qualifications:
- Sit and/or stand for up to 10 hours per shift
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. manually
- Perform detailed hand work requiring strong hand dexterity
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
