Draftsman Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 40.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Create detailed shop, fabrication, and erection drawings using Tekla and/or AutoCAD
- Develop connection details and material takeoffs for fabrication and installation
- Review engineering plans and translate specifications into accurate drawings
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and fabrication teams to resolve issues
- Update drawings and documents based on revisions or field changes
Draftsman Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or drafting education preferred
- Proficiency in Tekla, AutoCAD, or similar CAD software
- Experience in structural steel detailing or fabrication drafting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret engineering drawings
- Ability to collaborate with engineers, project managers, and fabrication teams
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
