Food Production Packer
Visually inspecting, manually packing, and stacking finished products, as well as assisting in sanitation and maintaining manufacturing standards.

Food Production Packer Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSunday from 05:45am to06:00pm )
- Whitestown, IN 46075
- Visually inspect and manually pack bags or boxes of product.
- Monitor the filling process and report product quality issues.
- Set up scales for bag, bulk, or tote weights; weigh one bag per case.
- Pallet stacking as needed.
- Complete all paperwork accurately and on time (5S paperwork, verifications, sanitation logs, etc.).
- Clean and organize the packing area using approved chemicals and PPE.
- Perform shutdown, startup, and changeover procedures.
- Use pallet jacks when required.
Food Production Packer Qualifications:
- High School/GED required
- Ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions
- Must be able to lift up to 25-50 lbs 12-hours shifts, rotating 2-2-3 or a 2-2-2 schedule
DRESS CODE:
- No loose clothing Jeans/work pants must be worn - NO leggings
- No glitter, fake lashes or long fingernails
- No jewelry can be worn, including wrist watches.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Must follow GMPs, 5S standards, and food safety procedures strictly
- Clean facility
- NOT climate controlled
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
