Certified Flagger/General Labor Details:
Temporary position- $
18.00 to $ 21.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
Flagging Responsibilities
- Direct traffic safely through construction work zones using stop/slow paddles and hand signals.
- Communicate with fellow flaggers and crew members using radios.
- Maintain a safe work zone for the public, motorists, and construction crews.
- Follow all traffic control procedures and safety regulations.
General Labor Responsibilities
- Assist construction crews with site preparation and cleanup.
- Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment.
- Dig, shovel, rake, and perform other manual labor tasks.
- Help maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Support skilled trades as needed. Follow directions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently.
Certified Flagger/General Labor Qualifications:
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team.
- No flagger certification? No problem! We provide the required training and certification before you begin working in a flagging role.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
