Facilities Maintenance Coordinator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 23.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Oversee facilities maintenance including general maintenance and repair of facility systems including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and other physical structures
- Manage work order processes and coordinate site services vendors
- Coordinate and facilitate the set up and breakdowns for company events
- Respond to emergency call-ins during storms or natural disasters
- General snow and ice removal
- Maintain certifications for fire extinguishers, fire system, and elevator maintenance
- Maintain grounds of all facilities (landscape, parking lots etc)
- Operate company vehicles to transport materials, inventory, tools, supplies etc
- May be required to operate forklift, pallet jacks, lifts, or similar motorized equipment
- General janitorial duties
- Other duties as assigned
Facilities Maintenance Coordinator Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years related experience
- Knowledge of basic facility safety standards
- Ability to use hand and electric powered tools
- Strong command of English language both spoken and written
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Ability to read, comprehend, and work from plans and operating instructions
- Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical and facilities repair and maintenance
Physical Requirements
- Frequent pushing, pulling, stooping, and bending
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
