IT Support Specialist Details:
Direct Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 27.00 / annually Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person, ensuring timely and effective resolution of IT issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Perform tasks such as account setups, user permissions, and software installations
- Manage Teams and SharePoint environments, ensuring proper configuration and maintenance
- Assist Windows desktop users with software installations, system configurations, and resolving technical issues
IT Support Specialist Qualifications:
- At least 4 to 5 years of experience providing IT desktop support.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Intune Device Management, Azure Fundamentals, PowerShell, Teams and SharePoint Management, Windows Server administration, Hyper-V, and VOIP systems
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Must be able to travel between Arden, NC and Waynesville, NC.
- This will require being onsite 5 days a week
