Accounts Receivables Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:30pm )
Accounts Receivables:
Responsible for matching payments to invoices and posting them to the proper accounts.
Able to process journal entries for the miscellaneous cash payments.
Processing and sending out invoices at month end.
Phone calls to customers/collection letters regarding outstanding payments.
Accounts Payable:
Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices.Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies.
Check processing as well as processing online payments.
Updating miscellaneous excel spreadsheets.
Perform data entry associated with accounts payable.
Billing out at end of day.
Accounts Receivables Qualifications:
- Analytical skills
- Detail oriented and organized Computation skills
- Leadership abilities
- Written and oral communication skills
- Problem solving skills
