Lead Operator Production Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
24.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to07:00pm )
- Coordinating and overseeing the daily production activities of the production staff.
- Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
- Inspect production employee’s work and report back to upper management.
Lead Operator Production Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of production processes and equipment.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
