Medical Call Center Represenative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
12.42 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00am )
- Patient Services Specialist is responsible for supporting our contact center by answering incoming calls.
- Responsible for scheduling appointments for various medical services.
- Will be maintaining records, resolving service or clinical issues per department procedures or guidelines.
- Provide superior customer services to callers with a friendly and companionate tone.
Medical Call Center Represenative Qualifications:
- Must have high school diploma or GED.
- Must have 1 year of customer service, office, call center experience.
- Medical call center experience a + Ability to speak effectively in English and Spanish.
- Strong grammatical and data entry skills.
- Ability to operate call center applications and equipment.
- Must have a friendly, positive outgoing personality.
- Must follow good attendance practices.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
