Receptionist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
12.00 to $ 13.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Must have excellent multi line phone skills.
- Clerical duties include Typing and word processing.
- Sorting and filing, record-keeping, answering and routing phone calls, data entry, appointment scheduling.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Some weekend work may be required
Receptionist Qualifications:
- Customer service for dealing with members of the public.
- Attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- No visible tattoos, piercings/gauges.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
