Local Accounting Firm is looking for an experienced Entry Level Accountant for their growing business!

Entry Level Accountant Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Enter data, maintain records and create reports & financial statements
- Process AP/AR and handle payroll in a timely manner
- Bring the books to the trial balance stage
- Perform partial checks of the posting process
Entry Level Accountant Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years' related experience preferred
- Solid understanding of basic accounting procedures
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and function well in a fast paced environment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
