Accounts Payable
The accounts payable specialist will be responsible for ensuring the timely processing of supplier invoices, timely resolution of payment disputes and deductions, and ensuring prompt payment of accounts payable through effective use of verbal and written communication.

Accounts Payable Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 24.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
- Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
- Analyzing workflow processes
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
- Ensuring bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
- Processing due invoices for payments
- Comparing purchase orders prices terms of payment and other charges
- Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts
Accounts Payable Qualifications:
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- 3+ years billing experience
- Ability to work with Sage/Peachtree
- Must have an understanding of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
- Strong decision making skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
