Accounting Assistant Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Accounts Receivable processing and including credit and debit memos processing and other related tasks
- Cash application
- Customer Credit Verification, Past due AR follow-up and collection, Inventory adjustment processing and reconciliation
- Month-end closing assistance
- Journal Entry Posting
- General Ledger reconciliation
- Accounting document filing
- Participation to improvement (kaizen) activities
- Assisting subsidiary entity’s accounting functions including monthly closing activities
- Accounting related report preparation, analysis and distribution
- Other Accounting tasks and Business Support tasks as assigned
Accounting Assistant Qualifications:
- Must have 2+ years in Accounts Receivable
- Must have knowledge with Outlook, Excel and other MS Office
- QuickBooks experience
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
