Maintenance Tech I Details:
Direct Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Perform property and equipment maintenance
- Landscaping
- Snow removal and other activities required to effectively maintain properties.
Maintenance Tech I Qualifications:
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Electrical
- Heating
- Landscaping
- General preparation of vacant units
- General equipment repair
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
