Exciting opportunity for an Experienced Customer Service Representative in Tyler, TX. Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm. $17/hr

Customer Service Representative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 08:30am to05:00pm )
- Providing customer service and product knowledge to customers
- Answering large amounts of phone calls and emails daily
- Taking payments
- Arranging refunds when appropriate
- Assist customers in preparing their orders
- Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- 5+years customer service experience required
- Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
- Must be able to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast working environment is a must
- Customer-focused with the ability to stay calm and de-escalate customer issues
- Ability to work well as a team
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
