Order Adminstrator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
-Bilingual required (Spanish)- Proficiency in using databases for order entry and management-
Strong math skills for accurate order processing- Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple orders simultaneously- Familiarity with office administrative tasks and procedures- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity
Order Adminstrator Qualifications:
- Print, track, and direct invoices to the correct warehouse department for processing (Must be able to communicate changes in top orders to related parties and departments).
- Verify order accuracy, including product details, quantities, and pricing
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment - Receive and track cash payments as necessary - Collaborate with team members to improve order entry systems and processes
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
