3rd Shift Maintenance Technician - Direct Hire Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $32.00 to $39.00 /hour
• Third Shift

• Conduct routine inspections, lubrication, and adjustments on blow molding machines to ensure smooth operation and prevent downtime.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems with blow molding equipment and implement appropriate solutions to minimize production disruptions.
•  Perform repairs and replacement of defective parts/components on blow molding machines, including pneumatic valves, hydraulic cylinders, motors, and electrical controls.Preventive Maintenance: Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for blow molding equipment to prolong lifespan, minimize breakdowns, and optimize performance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory of spare parts to facilitate tracking and planning.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while working on blow molding machines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Coordinate with production operators and other maintenance personnel to prioritize maintenance tasks, schedule downtime, and minimize impact on production schedules.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction in blow molding operations, and actively participate in implementing relevant initiatives.
