Senior Accountant Details:

• Contract position
• $40.00 /hour
• First Shift (Monday through Thursday)

• On-site for first three months then hybrid after that

• The senior accountant manages accounting records and is responsible for following financial procedures, records, and statements for compliance with laws and regulations.

• Duties include management of an accounts payable/Expense Reimbursement resource, fixed assets as well as reconciling general ledger and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare documentation for External Auditors.

• Analyze financial transactions for discrepancies and alert the Controller as necessary.

• Contribute to annual audits.

• Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.

• Manage payroll for the institution as well as affiliate customers.

• This position also supports the development of the budget and production of a management reporting.
