*Read and understand drawings to fabricate and assemble products and components*Utilitize hand tools and small shop equipment for assembly and light fabrication of components*Provide support to paint department by performing intricate stripping and paint preparation.*Provide light fabrication support by bending light sheet metal, installing helicoils, shaping composite materials, deburring fabricated parts, installing rivets, installing heat serts as examples.*Complete necessary product documentation and log results into computer*Prepare finished products for shipment*Maintain a clean and orderly work areaThey would also need to provide their own basic small tools.
