Administrative Assistant Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Inputting financial transactions, invoices, bills and payments into QuickBooks accurately and timely
- Managing and processing vendor bills and maintaining accurate records of payables
- Tracking and recording inventory levels, reconciling discrepancies, and creating inventory reports
Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
- Must have 2-3 years of QuickBooks experience
- Excel Proficient
- Capability to adapt quickly to fast-paced learning environments and systems
- Experienced in the Oil & Gas industry
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
