Maintenance Machine Repair Tech Details:
Temporary position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00pm to07:00am )
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on production machinery and equipment. Execute inspections to proactively identify and address potential issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement effective preventive maintenance programs.
- Troubleshooting: Utilize technical expertise to diagnose and promptly repair equipment malfunctions. Investigate root causes of issues and implement sustainable solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and equipment performance.
- Generate detailed reports on completed tasks, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, contributing to a secure working environment.
Maintenance Machine Repair Tech Qualifications:
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Experience with troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial equipment.
- Education and Certifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a chemical manufacturing setting.
- Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
