Administrative Assistant - Front Desk Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Bilingual in Spanish HIGHLY preferred
- Answer phones and greet customers
- Filing and keeping organized
- Schedule Sales appointments
- Make calls for install and service
- Filing permit requests with the city
- Other duties to be assigned
Administrative Assistant - Front Desk Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Non smoking facility
- Business Casual dress, no jeans and closed toe shoes
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
