Small Equipment Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
- Operate skid steers and mini loaders to load ore into tanks according to specific instructions and production schedules.
- Safely and efficiently maneuver equipment in tight spaces and uneven terrain.
- Transport ore and materials to designated areas for loading and unloading.
- Muck out mud and debris from designated areas using skid steers and mini loaders.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Small Equipment Operator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge and experience. operating skid steers and mini loaders.
- Ability to operate equipment effectively and safely in tight spaces and uneven terrain.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
