Recruiter Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Quickly process applications, run MVR reports, and score applicants using Insurance Evaluation Scoring criteria.
- Call qualifying applicants and schedule orientation.
- Be able to give company policies and driver expectations in a clear manner that is easy to understand.
- Set up new drivers in TMW and get hiring paperwork ready for orientation.
- Make DOT driver packets for new drivers – update packets for current drivers.
Recruiter Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Data Entry skills.
- Knowledge of general office duties.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
