Part-Time Accounts Payable/Receivable

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Assistant to join our office support team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounts payable process. Part-Time Accounts Payable/Receivable Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $18.50 /hour
  • Part Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Tuesday from 12:00pm to 05:00pm)
  • Monday or Thursday 5 hour shift
  • Enter invoice data into the accounting system, ensuring proper coding
  • Assist in generating accounts payable aging reports
  • Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • AP Posting
  • Enter sales and payables in QB

Part-Time Accounts Payable/Receivable Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounts payable or a related finance role preferred
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
