Part-Time Accounts Payable/Receivable
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Assistant to join our office support team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounts payable process. Part-Time Accounts Payable/Receivable Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.50 / hour Part Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughTuesday from 12:00pm to05:00pm )
- Monday or Thursday 5 hour shift
- Enter invoice data into the accounting system, ensuring proper coding
- Assist in generating accounts payable aging reports
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- AP Posting
- Enter sales and payables in QB
Part-Time Accounts Payable/Receivable Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounts payable or a related finance role preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
