Team Lead / Assembly Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
Responsibilities:
•Lead and direct manufacturing efforts of Industrial Assemblers
Work with Operations/Quality support functions to ensure all production processes, tools, and equipment are operating and meet Quality System Requirements
•Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to production processes and associate performance to ensure that processes are producing quality products
•Foster a positive climate and safe working environment that promotes associate well-being and team effectiveness across the organization
•Participate or lead other projects or assignments as needed
•Verify part quality by using calipers, check lists and other quality tools.
•Set up equipment and cells using set up instructions
•Product Lifting, packaging and moving
•Make decisions on training in quality and productivity
Team Lead / Assembly Qualifications:
The Lead Assembler provides day-to-day leadership for a designated area/cell through the use of efficient and effective manufacturing tools, processes and procedures. This position ensures the proper utilization of human and equipment resources to meet customer expectations, is the support for assembly of Auto Parts
