Property and Contracts Coordinator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
24.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Develops, manages and directs the property, commercial management, and tenant relations program.
- Supports the negotiation,, implements, and coordinates aviation and non-aviation revenue-generating contracts and leases and over sees the management and development of real property.
- Work is performed with independent judgment under the general supervision of the Director and/or designee.
Property and Contracts Coordinator Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial real estate activities such as buying, selling, and contract and property management or an equivalent combination of education and or experience.
- Functional knowledge of property negotiation practices and techniques.
- Develop and implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures, work standard, and management controls.
- Perform all essential and marginal functions as assigned by an authorized employee, supervisor and/or manager with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Operate a computer and proficiently use applicable software.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Commercial real estate activities such as buying, selling, and contract and property management.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
