Shipping Clerk Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Preparing outgoing shipment paperwork including packing list and bill of lading.
- Coordinate freight carriers for shipment of orders.
- Obtain and process product orders, including receiving deliveries, registering them and distributing packages and letters within the company.
- Schedule large shipments and plan logistics.
- Keep files of goods shipped by preparing regular shipping reports.
- Handle issues arising in shipping.
- Troubleshoot shipping issues and customer complaints that arise and work to solve them.
- Load merchandise by lifting items as necessary, operating forklifts/pallet jacks for large goods.
Shipping Clerk Qualifications:
- Looking for 1 year of shipping/ receiving clerk experience.
- This position requires some hilo experience but it is not 100% forklift. Previous sitdown forklift experience is required.
- Good problem solving and reasoning skills.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
