Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- The Machine Operator is responsible for completing jobs and assigned tasks to guarantee jobs are completed and delivered on time.
- Use a few custom machines for manufacturing and manipulating pipe and pipe fittings for irrigation.
- Request support from others to set up machines.
- Use company paperwork and checklists with guidance of lead.
- Learning to prioritize work to prevent bottlenecks on parts needed by other departments.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Able to use common tools including tape measure.
- Learning some machines in the department.
- Strong understanding of labor duties.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to make good decisions.
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
