Production Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.50 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- • Work with supervisor and other team leads to manage and prioritize staffing assignments to ensure customer demand and the production schedule are met. •
- Execute and coordinate employee training to ensure that procedures are followed and meet all quality requirements. •
- Use basic problem solving skills to ensure stable operation of the work cell. •
- Report problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment, materials and labor to Production Supervisor.
Production Lead Qualifications:
- Ability to occasionally be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions (non-weather); working near moving mechanical parts; extreme cold (non-weather) and extreme heat (non-weather), and moderate to loud noise levels.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- • 2-3 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
