Receptionist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
The primary duty of this role is to gather pertinent information from employees experiencing technical issues and create tickets to be forwarded to IT professionals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, maintain a professional demeanor, and exhibit strong attention to detail.
Receptionist Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
- Professional phone etiquette and a positive attitude
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
