Quality Control Inspector - Printed Circuit Board Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 24.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
- Starting hours are Mon-Thurs 7am to 5pm and Fri 7am to 11am
- Use of micrometers, calipers, gauge pins, height gauges, surface plates, and optical magnifiers
- Perform Roving Audits per Quality Document 9908023
- Inspect final product prior to product being released for shipping to the customer
- Soldering: Hand, Wave, Dip, and Surface mount
Quality Control Inspector - Printed Circuit Board Qualifications:
Experience:
- 2 - 4 years in ELECTRONIC PCB MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS
- 2 years of visual component and solder quality inspection
Knowledge of:
- IPC workmanship standards for solder, surface mount and thru-hole components
- Electronics applications
- Inspection planning and inspection sampling plans
- Statistical Process Control
- Microsoft Office
Skilled at:
- Dimensional inspection using variable and attribute gauges
- Visual inspection using optical magnifiers
- Interpreting technical assembly documentation
- Technical mathematics including basic algebra, geometry and trigonometry
- Understanding tolerance concepts and calculations
Desirable Qualifications:
- ASQ Mechanical Inspector Certification
- Flexibility in work requirements, routines, and schedules
- Associated Degree in related field
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
