Building Maintenance for Event Center.
Paying $25-$30 DOE

Maintaining a good working condition for all facility equipment, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical plants; lighting and climate control systems; roofing systems; telecommunications, maintenance / cleaning equipment.

Maintenance Tech Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:30am to04:00pm )
- Repairs and maintains all facility systems and equipment.
- Inspects systems throughout facility to detect malfunctions or breakdowns.
- Coordinates shutdown and start-ups of utilities when conditions require it.
- Adheres to OSHA, NFPA and other applicable safety codes.
- Installation of Telephone and Internet lines for exhibitors.
- Install temporary utilities for exhibitors.
- Assist with removal of snow and ice from around the facility.
- Assist with mowing, weeding, and edging
- HVAC and plumbing
- Other duties may be assigned.
Maintenance Tech Qualifications:
- 1+ year hands-on experience with HVAC equipment, HVAC/plumbing certification/licensing is preferred.
- Position requires heavy lifting, climbing, carrying, stooping, crawling and equipment operation.
- This position requires work both indoors and out and is subject to adverse conditions.
- Ability to prioritize and to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills required; ability to interact with all levels of staff including management
