Once you go full time with the company (typically occurs before 90 days of working through Elwood):
- Bare minimum hourly rate of $18.75/hr

Assembly Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 to $ 16.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- Final assembly of car seats
- Duties depend on the specific line, but may be putting on headrest, connecting wires to different parts of the seat, etc.
- Pay raises are awarded for learning each production line.
- Shifts Include:
- 7AM to 3:45PM ($15/hr)
- 7PM to 3:45AM ($16/hr)
Assembly Qualifications:
- No experience at all needed
- No High School diploma or GED is expected
- Available to interview with Elwood and the company for whom you'd be working
- Able to stand, stoop, bend and lift up to 25 lbs during an 8 hour shift
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
