Flowback Operators Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.50 to $ 22.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Sunday throughSaturday from 06:00am to06:00pm )
- Train to gain knowledge of testing principles and separation process
- Train to gain knowledge of proper equipment use and maintenance
- Train to gain knowledge in the proper operation of Production Testing equipment including high pressure test equipment and sour well testing
- Gain knowledge of onsite fluids and fluid management
- Learn proper operation of multi services jobs (greasing, backside, steam units)
- Demonstrate high work quality and commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment
Flowback Operators Qualifications:
- Strong technical and mechanical ability
- Experience and knowledge of Production Testing operations is appreciated but not required
- Adapt well to ever changing climate and operational conditions
- Ability to work 12 hours shifts (day and night) with a self directed schedule (4 weeks notice required for days off)
- There is not a quarantine for housing provided, unless you have 1-2 year experience
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
