Property Maintenance Details:
Temporary position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Payrate based on experience level
- General maintenance / repairs
- Including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, lighting, basic carpentry, light painting & grounds keeping
- Follow all make-ready plans
- Complete Repair requests
- Complete all on-call duties & routine maintenance services
- Local travel required
Property Maintenance Qualifications:
- Maintenance knowledge or ability to learn job duties
- Ensure resident safety,
- Understand & respect diverse communities
- Required: Maintenance technician experience or aptitude
- Valid Driver’s License·
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift fifty (50) pounds, bend, stoop, climb ladders, stepstools, & stairs on a regular basis.
- High School Diploma / GED
- Resume and Interviews required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
