PMG Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 to $ 19.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Sunday throughSaturday )
- Conversion to full time with benefits once 520 work hours completed or less; based on Performance, Attendance, Attitude and Skills!
- Benefits the first of the month after conversion. Pro rated PTO up to 40 hrs.

PMG Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Previous Machine Operating experience is a must
- Hands on & mechanically inclined
- Able to troubleshoot, make changes & do set-ups.
- Able to set up for Lathe, Grinding, Compacting & Sizing.
- Previous experience with Tooling and/or Die set-up.
- Previous experience using gauges & SPC/control charts to monitor processes.
- Basic Reading, Math and Computer skills
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Longevity in work history
- Resumes and interviews required
