Production Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 to $ 23.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 05:00am to02:30pm )
The Production Team Lead ensures the assembly team meets daily production goals while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and cGMP compliance. This role leads, trains, and coaches staff to follow procedures and perform at a high level. They coordinate staffing, materials, and workflow to support on-time production and customer demand. The Team Lead also troubleshoots issues, partners with cross-functional teams, and supports continuous improvement efforts.
Production Lead Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 2-3 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; 3 years’ experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
. • Experience leading teams or projects strongly desired.
• Food and Drug manufacturing experience.
