Production Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 to $ 23.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Monday throughSaturday )
- Train, coach, and support production team members while promoting a positive team environment.
- Monitor safety, quality, and cGMP compliance throughout each shift.
- Coordinate staffing assignments and production workflow for maximum efficiency.
- Conduct daily startup meetings to communicate production goals, safety expectations, and priorities.
- Track production metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Engineering teams to resolve concerns.
Production Lead Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of manufacturing or production experience required;
- 3+ years preferred. Previous experience leading a team or coordinating production operations is strongly preferred.
- Experience in food, pharmaceutical, or FDA-regulated manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
