Safety Administrator Details:

Assistance in determining gaps in training (employee lists cross-referenced with current records and documentation)
Assistance with establishing (resurrecting) the Employee Safety Committee.
Coordination and data collection to support the validation process for our Control of Hazardous Energy (LO/TO) procedures.
The creation of hard copy records (binders) of several EHS written programs (APP, Haz Com, etc.) and the organization of electronic documents.
Assistance with creating an efficient document repository in the Sharepoint platform.

Safety Administrator Qualifications:

You would need to be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and capable of navigating basic internal software programs.
Must be reliable.
Must have strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Handling sensitive information appropriately.
Able to pay attention to detail, problem-solving, and confidentiality, with specific technical or industry knowledge sometimes required.
