Pilot Plant Lab Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 to $ 28.00 / hour Full Time work availableThird Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00pm to06:00am )
- We are seeking a Pilot Plant Technicians with mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience to support the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our pilot-scale Rare Earth Element separation processes.
- This role is essential in the transition of laboratory-scale chemistry into full-scale production.
- The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and has a passion for working with equipment and instrumentation.
Pilot Plant Lab Technician Qualifications:
- Willingness to learn about chemical operations and chemical process equipment.
- Working knowledge of chemical safety practices, including handling acids, and bases.
- Ability to read and interpret process instructions, and technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a laboratory environment with small-scale equipment.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
