Dispatcher
The Dispatcher is the central hub of communication between the Customer and Technician. The position will require you to answer phone calls, and then communicate effectively with the necessary Technicians in response to the request.

Dispatcher Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 to $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Sunday throughSaturday from 08:00am to04:00pm )
- Dispatches service jobs to the technician’s board.
- schedules and controls appointments
- Professionally communicates the service needed to Customers and Technicians.
- Distributes calls in a way that maximizes company productivity but with a focus on good departmental fairness.
Dispatcher Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of dispatching experience.
- Previous dispatching experience in the HVAC and/or food service industry is a plus.
- Detailed, dependable and honest professional with the ability to type quickly and accurately.
- Proficient customer service skills.
- Must be motivated, a self-started, and able to follow through on duties and assignments with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work rotational on-call as needed.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
