BILINGUAL Warehouse Inbound Clerk
Responsible for receiving and processing incoming shipments, verifying quantities and product information, and entering data into the warehouse management system (WMS). Ensures accurate documentation, resolves discrepancies, and coordinates with warehouse teams to maintain efficient inbound operations and inventory accuracy.

BILINGUAL Warehouse Inbound Clerk Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:30pm )
- In this role, you will help prepare inbound/outbound orders and the necessary paperwork associated with each, i.e. BOLS, delivery manifests, and yard management documents.
- You will communicate with different delivery carriers, work directly with the supervisor and lead in this department and will also communicate with our service delivery and Trade teams.?
- This role will require data entry into a warehouse management system and filing documents and forms.
- You will occasionally have to be out on the warehouse floor and will work with our warehouse equipment operators.?
- You may be required to operate warehouse equipment safely.
BILINGUAL Warehouse Inbound Clerk Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- **REQUIRED** at least 2 years of SAP or other WMS experience. Excel - intermediate experienced.
- Previous experience in operations of Warehousing and Shipping, and use of equipment such as forklifts, order pickers and pallet runners.
- Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
- Prior warehouse, shipping, or logistics operations experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
- Must speak Spanish/English.
