Manufacturing Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:30pm )
- Actively participate in the production and assembly of high-quality rubber conveyor belts and their components.
- Safely and efficiently operate sit-down forklifts to transport raw materials, finished products, and various equipment within the facility.
- Execute loading, unloading, staging, and organization of materials to maintain a seamless and continuous production flow.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of products to ensure adherence to stringent company and customer standards.
- Accurately interpret and follow work orders, blueprints, and production schedules.
Manufacturing Associate Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience operating a sit-down forklift.Prior forklift certification is required (must have been certified previously).
- Physical Requirements:Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen.
- Successful completion of tape measure reading test.
- Successful completion of math test supplied by client
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
